At Prixlox.in, our mission is to provide a fast, reliable, and convenient mobile recharge experience. We value every transaction and want to ensure your concerns regarding refunds and cancellations are clearly addressed.

This policy explains:

  • How refunds are processed
  • Conditions for cancellations
  • What to expect in unsuccessful transactions

1. Recharge Transactions

  • Once a recharge is successfully processed, it cannot be cancelled, reversed, or refunded as the amount is instantly transferred.
  • Check your mobile number, operator, and recharge amount before proceeding with payment.

2. Failed or Pending Transactions

If your recharge fails due to technical issues or operator downtime:

  • Refund will be credited to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
  • In some cases, the refund may be credited to your Prixlox wallet for future use.
  • Notification will be sent via email or SMS once the refund is processed.

3. Duplicate / Double Payment Transactions

  • In case a user is charged more than once for the same recharge due to technical or payment-related issues, the excess amount will be refunded.
  • Refund for duplicate or double payments will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after verification.
  • If one of the duplicate transactions is successful and the other fails, the failed transaction amount will be refunded automatically.
  • Refunds are processed only after transaction verification with the payment gateway and service provider.

4. Wallet/Balance Refunds

  • Wallet recharges are non-refundable and can only be used for services on Prixlox.in.
  • Refunds to the wallet balance cannot be transferred back to the bank account.

5. Delayed Recharges

  • Allow up to 24 hours for recharges due to operator delays.
  • If recharge isn’t delivered after 24 hours and the amount is deducted, raise a refund request.

6. Dispute Resolution

  • Prixlox will review disputes fairly after verifying transaction and system records.
  • Decisions will be communicated transparently to the customer.

7. How to Request Refunds

  • Contact customer support within 48 hours of a failed or disputed transaction.
  • Provide transaction details: mobile number, operator, recharge amount, date, and payment reference ID.
  • Requests after 48 hours may not be eligible.
